Program Description: Kelsey Richey, MSLaw, Associate Director of the Center for Clinical Research within the NUCATS Institute at Northwestern University will discuss clinical research budgets and post award management.

This presentation will educate attendees on the following Clinical Research Competency Domain: Study and Site Management.

2. Describe how to appropriately budget for clinical research studies
3. Recognize how to manage the clinical study post-award
