Program Description:
This session will highlight key laws and regulations (or the absence of laws and regulations) that directly or indirectly affect the research industry.
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will be able to recall the current status of Medicaid coverage of routine care in clinical trials
- Participants will identify key guidance and other enforcement discretions initiated during COVID-19 pandemic that either stayed or went away
- Participants will be able to describe multiple efforts to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical research
