Suncoast Chapter: Navigating Challenging Interactions: Handling Difficult Patients, Families and Others
Sometimes in our life or our job we have interactions with others that make us feel like we are walking a tightrope or a fine line. One wrong step and everything will fall apart.
Have you ever had a challenging interaction with someone else (patient, family, colleague) that felt like that? In this webinar, we will look at some reasons interactions with patients and families may be challenging and how to navigate these challenges in a clinical research setting.
