Event Description:
Enhancing your technical and scientific knowledge within the clinical research space is important, but often individuals overlook that last part or underestimate how important it is to also improve their soft skills—the ones that make or break your success at dealing with “person-to-person” interactions on a daily basis. Possessing effective soft skills can be your superpower when it comes to winning a promotion or landing a new position. In fact, Harvard University led a study with the Carnegie Foundation and Stanford Research Center which showed 85% of job success comes from having well-developed soft skills.
