About the Northern California (SF Bay Area) Chapter
Welcome to the Northern California Chapter of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP). As a chapter of the ACRP, we foster connections among our members and offer local opportunities for personal and professional development. We proudly serve the Northern California region by offering networking activities, educational opportunities, and providing up-to-date information for our members.
We offer high quality, low-cost events, almost monthly and rotated around our region: Sacramento, North Bay, San Francisco – Palo Alto (Peninsula), Berkeley - east (East Bay), and Silicon Valley - San Jose (South Bay). Our annual program includes a Planning Meeting, several educational and networking events, and a year-end holiday educational event. All events are open to the clinical research community. We have ~200 members, one of the largest Chapters. We accomplish our robust program due to sponsorship and our volunteers.
We share expertise with other chapters and have volunteered and presented at the global level with ACRP. Attendees have gained new colleagues, strengthened their expertise, and found their next job or hired their next staff from our events. Volunteers contribute time and expertise to further the profession, showcase or develop leadership and other skills, and have fun doing so.
