This session provides a high-level overview of the current regulatory environment affecting clinical research in the United States, including administration-driven impacts on funding and workforce, and recent updates to FDA guidance and ICH guidelines.

  2. Identify recent and forthcoming updates to FDA guidance and ICH guidelines relevant to drug and device trials
