Session Description: This virtual fireside chat will include a moderated discussion with two experts that work in clinical research recruitment, executive search and career placement. The session will provide an opportunity for interactive participation from the audience to ensure questions are answered and attendees understand how to best position themselves to advance in their career search.

- Learn how remote work, decentralized clinical trials and other industry trends are reshaping the career landscape
- Understand what employers are looking for in top candidates and how to best position yourself to stand out in a crowd
- Learn strategies to partner with executive search firms to make connections with leading employers
