Participants will be involved in a 1-hour session related to the data security and how organizations can maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of clinical research data in a manner to be consistent with the organization’s risk strategy.
Learning Objectives:
- Recognize the role of compliance and privacy in the review of a research study
- Identify data security policies for research best practices
- Discuss responsibilities when there is a data breach
