Event Description:
This session will focus on practical strategies and emerging innovations in decentralized clinical trials and wearable health technologies. Three expert speakers will share insights on integrating digital health tools into clinical research, enhancing patient engagement through decentralized approaches, and navigating the operational and technological considerations shaping the future of clinical trials. 
 
Learning Objectives:
  1. Describe how decentralized clinical trial (DCT) models and wearable health technologies are transforming clinical research through improved patient access, engagement, remote monitoring, and real-time data collection.
  2. Evaluate the operational, regulatory, data integrity, privacy, and compliance considerations associated with implementing decentralized and hybrid clinical trial approaches.
  3. Assess the benefits, challenges, and future opportunities of integrating digital health technologies and wearable devices into clinical trial protocols to support participant diversity, inclusion, and data quality.
