Event Description:
This discussion will explore the role of structured onboarding in strengthening research operations and supporting clinical research professionals. Dr. Christa Friedrich will discuss key findings from her dissertation that measured clinical research professionals' (CRP) perceptions of onboarding and its relationship to employee engagement, productivity, and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors. Attendees will gain insight in to CRP perceptions of onboarding approaches and discuss actionable strategies to improve onboarding in research settings.
