Event Description:
This webinar introduced the foundational principles of project management in the clinical research environment, with a focus on how these skills show up in day-to-day study operations. Panelists explored key concepts such as scope, timelines, communication, risk, stakeholder alignment, and change management. They also highlighted how clinical research professionals can begin strengthening a project management mindset—even without formal certification—and apply practical strategies to support more organized, proactive, and successful study execution.

  3. Apply practical strategies to improve planning, communication, stakeholder alignment, and management of competing priorities.
  4. Describe ways to strengthen a project management mindset and skills without requiring formal project management certification.
