Understanding the four primary elements of Emotional Intelligence (EI), and the behaviors that accompany them
Assessing one’s EI strengths and challenges
Applying evidence-based behavioral methods for enhancing EI strengths and addressing EI challenges
Applying EI skills to specific workplace needs, such as relationship building, conflict resolution and leadership

Learn about disparity in clinical trial participation from a healthcare perspective
