Session Description: This virtual fireside chat will include a moderated discussion with two experts that successfully transitioned from working at a clinical trial site to a sponsor organization. The session will provide an opportunity for interactive participation from the audience to ensure questions are answered and attendees understand how to succeed in this exciting career field.

1. Understand strategies to transition roles between clinical trial sites and sponsor organizations
2. Understand differences between working at a clinical trial site vs. sponsor organization
3. Understand desired characteristics and skill sets to succeed in a career at clinical trial sites
and sponsor organizations
