Join us for a virtual event that showcases insights, real-world experiences and practical advice for making a successful transition from academia to Pharma industry.

  1. Identify transferable skills — Recognize how academic expertise, research, project management, and communication skills translate to roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Explore career pathways — Describe key pharma career opportunities, functions, and roles that may be suitable for professionals transitioning from academia.
  3. Develop a transition strategy — Identify practical steps for successfully moving from academia to industry, including networking, positioning experience, and tailoring a CV/resumé for pharma roles.
