Program Description: During “Building a Successful Patient Recruitment Plan & Budget”, the audience will learn how to efficiently plan and budget for successful patient recruitment. Targeting the correct audience is a key component of the recruitment process, and we will explore the steps on how to effectively develop a marketing strategy to do so. Understanding how to best research, identify and reach your patients through a multi-platform strategy can help expedite the recruitment process.

Research sites are constantly looking for ways to improve their quality and performance but often struggle to understand which areas carry the greatest importance to the industry. This has much to do with the term “high-performing site” being vague and over-used within the industry. “Sponsor/CRO Identified Best Practices of High Performing Sites” webinar will review recent feedback received from CROs and sponsors via an online survey on best practices most commonly observed in high performing sites. After a review of the CRO/sponsor provided feedback,

Learning Objectives:
  • Explore the necessary steps for building an effective patient recruitment plan
  • Learn how to successfully develop an advertising strategy using traditional, online, and social recruitment tools
  • Understand the pros and cons of using traditional advertising vs social media, and the most effective ways for setting up each technique
  • Adopt Best Practices in Patient Recruitment
  • Use online survey responses from CROs/sponsors to define what makes a “high performing site”
  • Determine if a site has concentrated on improving the same best practices identified as being most important to the industry.
