Join the ACRP Upper Midwest Chapter's Journal Club to review and discuss "Now is the time to fix the clinical research workforce crisis". The clinical research workforce is in crisis. Supply for experienced clinical research professionals outpaces demand and turnover rates are at record highs, especially at clinical research sites. As a result, innovation and patients of life-threatening conditions are suffering. The article reviews the problem, the underlying causes, the prognosis, and proposed solutions.
