Revenue Cycle Management for Sites

Speaker: Andrew Snyder, MBA, FACMPE, PMP

Program Agenda:
  • 6:00 PM Registration and Buffet
  • 6:30 PM Program
  • 8:00 PM Questions and Discussion
Program Description: Now that the budget is finalized, when do sites start receiving funds for the completed work? How do sites communicate internally that the work is done? How do sites know that they received the correct amount? Many sites focus on budget negotiation and neglect to develop tools to ensure accurate management of money received from sponsors and other outside vendors. This program will assist sites in defining the different types of revenue, creating revenue recognition tools and implementing collection strategies to develop a more accurate accounting system for their clinical trials.
