Program Description: This program provides an overview of of Biospecimen procurement and discusses Biobanking business' strengths and weaknesses and the challenges and opportunities that Biobanking business is facing.
Upon completion of this Webinar, attendees should be able to:
- Review biobanking programs and the role they play to support basic science research
- Understand the process by which informed consent documentation is developed, with particular attention to a vulnerable population of potential subjects
- Analyze importance aspects of successfully participate in a multi-institutional collaborative research project
