Event Description:
This session will dive into alternative resourcing models and funding strategies designed to stretch limited resources without sacrificing quality or compliance. Experts will highlight opportunities for sites and sponsors to collaborate on centralized qualification, creative contracting approaches, and shared training and infrastructure support. We’ll also examine evolving trends in public versus industry funding and discuss how sites can position themselves to build stronger pipelines. Walk away with practical ideas for balancing lean resources with growing expectations in today’s clinical research environment.
