Program Description: It should come as no surprise that Protocol complexity is increasing. Complexity increases workload and can negatively impact trial performance. So what can we as sites and sponsors do about this? Please join us as we learn from Dr. David Morin about how to measure and manage protocol complexity to maximize productivity and understand our own limits as research teams.

Event Objectives:

  • Discuss how baseline workload may affect productivity
  • Explore the potential applications of this method toward accepting and allocating new studies, manege existing CRC workload, determine adequate resources, and quality assurance.

All clinical research professionals.

Level: Intermediate
