Event Description:
The Advanced Competency Series for Certified Clinical Research Coordinators is a two-year continuing education course designed specifically for Clinical Research Coordinators who have previously earned professional certification through ACRP. For non-CRC participants, the primary objective is to support improved shared understanding between CRCs and partnering stakeholders, helping to better understand the advanced responsibilities, regulatory expectations, and operational challenges of CRC practice in order to more effectively lead, and support clinical research teams.
The series addresses a key gap in the clinical research training environment. While many institutions provide robust foundational education for new research staff, fewer structured programs are available for certified CRCs who need advanced, applied, and competency-based professional development. This series is designed to meet that need by offering advanced education for experienced clinical research professionals.
