Sites have questions about Informed Consent Laws and Kyle will lead a discussion including a description of the common rule elements, PA Supreme Court’s Shinal ruling and PA MCARE.

  2. Describe the criticisms of Shinal vs. Toms (2017)
  3. Identify who can administer Consent & the Physician’s changed duty
  4. List 3 common mistakes during the ICF process
