This session explores how monitoring oversight fits into the clinical compliance framework, with a focus on regulatory expectations, outsourced models, and risk-based approaches. Attendees will see how oversight plans are designed and implemented, including on-site visits and centralized monitoring reviews, and learn from real- world case studies that illustrate the impact of proactive oversight on data integrity and trial success.
