Event Description:
A strong clinical research program doesn’t begin with protocols or timelines—it begins with people. My Project Team: Building a Foundation for Clinical Research Success is an interactive, practice focused session designed to help clinical research professionals understand, strengthen, and elevate the collaborative engine behind every successful study: the project team.
This event explores how clearly defined roles, intentional communication, and supportive team practices drive efficient operations and high quality data across the entire project lifecycle. Participants will examine how each team member—from project managers and coordinators to regulatory specialists, data managers, and investigators—contributes uniquely to planning, execution, and oversight. Through real world examples and guided discussion, attendees will learn strategies to foster alignment, anticipate challenges, and build a culture of shared accountability.
