Program Description:
This presentation will discuss a project management tool (‘PSA’) that allows Clinical Research Trial coordinators and managers to evaluate, quantify, and track pre-study start activities in a consistent way that reduces time from study invitation to site activation.
Using a simple, free and easy-to-use data collection method, study contract and budget negotiations, regulatory processes, document management and communication between sponsors and sites can be managed with greater efficiency and shorter timelines.

Upon completion of this Seminar, attendees should be able to:

  • Implement steps to improve project management during study startup phase.
  • Learn how a needs assessments questionnaire can improve site level acceptance for new study opportunities.
  • Learn how to score a protocol based on the complexity of new study.
