Event Description:
The use of technology and communications in research has vastly expanded the capabilities of research but if used inappropriately or carelessly, digital technologies can lower the quality of the data and compromise the integrity of research. 
 
Data integrity and management ensure data remains accurate, consistent, and reliable throughout its lifecycle by protecting it from improper modification, loss or corruption. It involves implementing data governance, validation rules, strict access controls, and regular backups to ensure data trustworthiness for decision-making and regulatory compliance.
