Upon completion of this Seminar, attendees should be able to:

• Describe the informed consent requirements in the revised Common Rule
• Relate protection of vulnerable populations to the informed consent requirements
• Apply the revised informed consent requirements for research from January 21, 2018 forward
• Describe the regulatory requirements for reporting to OHRP
• Understand how to comply with the requirements for reporting
• Describe briefly how OHRP handles these reports

Target Audience: All clinical research professionals.
