Join us to explore strategies for juggling a career in clinical research and your personal life in the “new normal.” Learn time management strategies applicable for both in the office and at home. Attendees will also gain a better grasp of the ideal work life balance and acquire tools to help make your goals a reality.
Burnout in one’s profession is not a new concept, but the COVID-19 pandemic has brought this term into the spotlight. This discussion will explore the impacts of burnout on physical and emotion well-being while adjusting to the “new normal.” Guests will develop the skills to design a plan to prevent burnout while maintaining job responsibilities.
This session focuses on employing innovative strategies to align work and life integration and maintain successful professional roles.

Upon completion of this Seminar, attendees should be able to:
