Program Description: Mr. LaSalle will discuss utilizing study participant handheld devices to streamline informed consent and study enrollment.
Upon completion of this session, attendees should be able to:
- Examine the differences between the traditional consent document/process vs. eConsent
- Discuss eConsent issues related to participant access to clinical/translational research
- Effectively evaluate and discuss the value of handheld devices as part of the research consenting process
Target Audience: CRCs, CRAs, PIs, Auditors, Project Managers
