The clinical trial budget/contract process is confusing, variable, and so easy to compromise timelines during trial startups. There are, however, industry practices that sites may consider to help with these complexities. This webinar will explore some of the strategies we may implement not only to complete the legal/financial trial process within ambitious timelines, but also to advance our sites into fully funded, responsible, and secure business operation levels.
