Program Description
The USF IRB is excited to announce the dates for our annual retreat for USF and affiliate Study Coordinators/Team Members. This retreat is both an opportunity to learn about important regulatory issues affecting study teams engaged in human subjects research, and a chance to hear from guest speakers about cutting edge research being conducted right here in Tampa Bay. This year’s event will be held on two different dates and locations.

• HIPAA, FDA Regulations and the Revised Common Rule
• Hot topics in research compliance
• Guest speaker: Dr. McHale – research on family/ child dynamics (Speaking 3/5/19)
• Guest speaker: Dr. Chavez- CAR-T oncology studies (Speaking 3/8/19)

Learning Objectives 
Upon completion of this webinar you will be able to:

• Gain insight in to the most talked about topics in research compliance
