This session explores the essential strategies for recruiting and retaining high-quality participants in clinical trials. We will examine effective recruitment tools and provide actionable tips for building robust referral networks with local healthcare providers. Participants will also learn best practices for evaluating eligibility to ensure study criteria are met, alongside proven techniques for maintaining rapport and building long-term engagement to minimize attrition throughout the trial.
