Join us for a lively discussion and we dig into these three topics with panels of experts from sites, sponsors, and CROs. Participants should walk away with a deeper understanding of the other parties' perspectives and tools to navigate these relationships.

  1. Understand the most common challenges during feasibility, and how these challenges impact sites, CROs and sponsors.
  2. Learn about tools and processes sites have used to address common challenges
  3. Develop best practices for effective site and sponsor collaboration during feasibility to foster stronger site, CRO and sponsor relationships

Technology Panel

  1. Understand the purpose and potential impact of sponsored-delivered technologies.
  2. Describe challenges encountered when implementing sponsored-delivered technologies.
  3. Develop best practices for deciding when to use sponsor-delivered technologies versus using a site technology.
  4. Identify what sites want sponsors to consider when selecting site technologies

Budgets & Contracts Panel

  1. Understand the importance of budgets and payment terms in clinical research and their impact on site operations and study success.
  2. Identify common challenges and pitfalls in the negotiation and management of clinical research budgets and payment terms.
  3. Develop strategies for effective negotiation, compliance, and transparency in the management of clinical research budgets.
