This session is designed to inform participants about Developing a Clinical Research Education Program and will apply the ADDIE model into developing a program that can be implemented at any research site.It will also provide an overview of TransCelerate’s initiatives with a breakdown and discussion of a few of the initiatives and the impact on the site and the Sponsor/CROs. A guided discussion of some of the available resources from the TransCelerate website and suggested uses will also be provided.The level of this presentation is Core.

Upon Completion of this session, participants should be able to:
  • Understand the TransCelerate Methodology for using a risk-based approach to determine thedegree, nature, and extent of study monitoring
  • Learn what resources are available on the TransCelerate website regarding risk-based monitoring 
  • Review Transcelerate's proposed Common Protocol Template structure4.  Review the possible impact of both of these TransCelerate initiatives on sponsors of and sites conducting clinical trials
