Event Description:
Join us for an in-person presentation on the legal aspects of clinical trials.
 
Speaker:
Dr. Gurpreet Singh Brar, MD MBA.  
 
Learning Objectives:
  1. Describe the purpose and foundational principles of ICH-GCP (International Council for Harmonization – Good Clinical Practice).
  2. Identify key regulatory frameworks and legal requirements governing clinical trials in the U.S. and internationally.
  3. Recognize and evaluate common ethical considerations involved in clinical trial design and conduct.

  • 6:00 - 6:30 PM: Light dinner and networking
  • 6:30 - 7:30 PM: Presentation
