Running a research site can be a challenge. CCs being the mainstay of the Team, PIs must deal with them with respect and as a significant member of their team. All of us are constantly learning from each and every study as we do more and more of the same.
In order to run a smooth and successful operation, Site Employee Policy & Procedures Document may not be enough. I am very interested in hearing from other PIs or owners of research sites, as to what is the best way to outline Clinical Coordinator Responsibilities, Duties, etc. so that they keep the enthusiasm to keep enrolling subjects.
