Before I have donated left over phlebot supplies to a local church and they have taken them on mission trips to other countries. But with airline restrictions as they are now, it is alot harder to do that.
One other suggestion is find a local nursing or medical school. They extra supplies are usually very much appreciated by nursing and medical students.
