Hi Amy,
The delegate should be trained properly prior to being added to the DOA. TheTraining Log or certificate should be the source for verification that training was completed timely.

Completely agree with Elizabeth...and unless the sponsor designed the DOA log to also serve as the Training Log (e.g., a protocol training date field), the Training Log is separate.
