Program Description: Clinical trial operations are moving toward paperless systems with increasing use of electronic data capture over paper CRFs and electronic IRB submissions. However, becoming paperless at the site level with a Clinical Trial Management System is often too costly for sites to purchase.

Learn how to save time, money, and space by utilizing applications that are already or easily available. Our discussion will include how to make your site more paperless in several areas, including research charts, correspondence, AE adjudication, PI oversight, regulatory binders, and remote monitoring. We will also review common obstacles faced when shifting from paperbased to more paperless operations and how to tackle them. Finally, we aim to enable you to formulate site-specific procedures and policies to support your newly developing system.

Upon completion of this Webinar replay, attendees should be able to:
  • Better utilize easily available office programs to facilitate more paperless operations
  • Identify obstacles to and solutions for creating a more paperless system at your site
  • Create paperless tools and guidelines specific to your site
