Program Description: What brought you into the clinical research field? And beyond that, what has kept you there? We all have different paths that lead us into clinical research and we also have many different paths that we take within this vast industry. Working in an innovative field that aims to be at the forefront of emerging science often de-mands a workforce that is similarly adaptable and progressive. Join the New York Metropolitan Chapter of ACRP as we seek to explore how you can own your career and help motivate others to do the same. In the process, you will hone your skills in resume writing, behavioral interviewing, training and public speaking. Upon completion of this symposium, attendees should be able to: 1. Define various career development paths within the clinical research field 2. Describe how to develop effective training programs 3.
