EQuaTR Workforce Conference is open to professionals in clinical and translational research including investigators, clinical research coordinators, monitors, project and site managers, regulatory staff, research assistants, and allied health professionals. The conference offers the opportunity to gain additional knowledge on current trends and issues in clinical research for application in their professional setting.

Upon Completion of this session, participants should be able to:
  • Examine the impact of major trends and forces in the Clinical Research Enterprise (this is slightly different than what Ken submitted)
  • Discuss what it means to be engaged in clinical research and the necessary approvals to conduct research for U. S. centric investigators
  • Identify how to work effectively as part of a clinical research team
  • Analyze current trends and issues in clinical research for application in a professional setting
Contact Hours: This continuing nursing education activity is under review by the Northwestern University Clinical and Translational Sciences (NUCATS) Institute. Provider approved by the State of California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP 15198. Participants must attend the conference in full to receive contact hours.

Registration: To register, click here. Early Bird registration is $149 and closes on March 30, 2018, at 4:00 p.m. CST. Standard registration is $175 and closes on April 20, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. CST. There are no refunds unless the event is cancelled by NUCATS Institute before the start of the program. Walk-in registrations the day of the event are welcomed as space permits. However, we encourage early registration as the 2017 event was sold out. Walk-in registrants must pay with a credit card.

Parking: Complimentary parking will be provided to registrants as needed. Please select this option while registering. For complimentary parking, you must park at Huron Superior Parking (222 E. Huron) or Erie Ontario Parking (321 E. Erie). Complimentary parking cannot be guaranteed for onsite registrations.
