Program Description:
This program provides topics for the beginning, experienced and the well-seasoned research professional. The challenges of professional growth in the clinical research industry and current initiatives for future jobs will be addressed.

Upon completion of this conference, attendees should be able to:

• Integrate various recruitment resources and implement an effective recruitment plan
• Identify workforce challenges for the research professional and discuss current clinical ladder initiatives
• Review clinical trial billing compliance and the implementation of a billing program
