Program Description:Sites are under greater scrutiny as industry moves to transform and accelerate research. Like it or not, site performance is being graded by sponsors and CROs. What data are or should be collected, how accurate are the data, and how are they being analyzed. In this panel discussion, a representative of sites, biopharma, and a software developer collecting site performance data will discuss their perspectives on site metrics.
Upon completion of this Webinar, attendees should be able to:
- Assess your knowledge of how sites are judged and your readiness for being graded based on performance.
- Differentiate self-perception of site performance from sponsor/CRO performance, and create a vision for meeting industry expectations.
- Formulate detailed plans to communicate effectively with sponsors, CROs, IRB members, Investigators and other key stakeholders, to change processes and performance to meet industry needs.
