Program Description: There are times when each of us is ready for more, but we can't change our current job for one reason or another. How do we develop ourselves and give our work more meaning? We must understand and become the leader we were meant to be, even when we do not have the designated title. This program unpacks the definition of leadership relevant to our work in clinical research and helps each attendee consider a development plan that can lead to increased job satisfaction and preparation for future opportunities.

Learning Objectives:
  • Identify and Evaluate Contemporary Leadership Models
  • Determine Multiple Techniques of Preparing for Leadership in Order to Design a Meaningful Developmental Plan
  • Consider How to Model Leadership While Becoming More Recognized As A Leader
