This program will discuss changes to Federal Regulations that are expected to go into effect in 2018.
  1. Review and better understand important changes to the Final Rule
  2. Review revisions to the Informed Consent
  3. Review the status of the Final Rule revisions
Continuing Medical Education Credit:
  • The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
  • The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity
  • Other health care professionals are awarded 1.5 continuing education units (CEU's) which are equal to 1.5 contact hours. These contact hours can be used for recertification for ACRP by self-report.
Refunds: There are no refunds unless the program is cancelled by the chapter before the start of the program.
