Program Description:
As protocol complexity increases, so does workload. Increased workload has the potential to negatively impact trial performance. How can we address the associated implications as sites and sponsors? Dr. Morin will share his insights on how to measure and manage protocol complexity, maximize productivity, and understand our limits as research teams.

Understand how baseline workload may affect productivity.
Identify the potential applications toward managing workload and risk mitigation.
