Program Description: Whether your role is defined as a project manager or you are delegated as the primary coordinator for a project, you are responsible for moving your project forward while respecting time, cost, scope, resources, risk, and quality. An organized project facilitates efficient problem-solving and quick decision making in evaluating and resolving issues and risks as they arise. Having the right documents on-hand help you plan your activities, manage your resources, and communicate effectively to relevant stakeholders. This program will review basic concepts for managing projects and highlight areas simple tools can be used to organize projects. Key take-aways include sample forms that attendees can easily apply to their projects.

  • Apply the techniques for organizing tasks and teams
  • Develop simple templates for planning, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects
