Program Description:Have you ever wondered what other sites, CROs, or sponsors are doing when it comes to contracts and budgets? Or what other the person on the other side of the table from you is doing? What they are willing to negotiate on, and what they are not. This panel will have representatives from a private site, an academic site, and a large CRO discussing just these questions and more.

Upon completion of this Webinar, attendees should be able to:
  • Describe the process of budget and Clinical Trial Agreement from start to finish.
  • Identify different strategies and approaches to budget and Clinical Trial Agreement negotiations.
  • Identify differences in strategies between academic and private sites, CROs and Sponsors.
